After we receive your complaint, we will send you a confirmation. We will reply to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, should it need more time, we will provide notice.
If you do not appreciate it, you can also always contact the mediation Department of Stichting Webshop keurmerk where italian-design.nl at is connected. If the mediation attempt for some reason does not lead to a satisfactory solution, then it is possible to your dispute to the disputes Committee (SGC).
