Complaints

Italian Design attaches particular importance to good service and happy customers. If you are nevertheless not completely satisfied, we kindly request you to let us know.

You can do this by telephone, email, ticket through your account, or regular mail. Our customer service department will do its utmost to answer your complaint within 1-3 days and will work on a solution to everyone's satisfaction. If more time is needed, we will let you know immediately.

After we receive your complaint, we will send you a confirmation. We will reply to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, should it need more time, we will provide notice.
If you do not appreciate this, you can also always contact Trusted Shops. If the mediation attempt for some reason does not lead to a satisfactory solution, then it is possible for you to dispute the Disputes Committee (SGC).
