1.1 Can I exchange or return the product?
Yes, you can: after registration, <14 days after receipt, in a carton outer box. Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons - the seal is broken after delivery - are not suitable for return.
1.2 How can I pre-register my return?
Please provide the following information in all cases:
* The reason for returning is not mandatory but we appreciate your feedback to improve our service where possible.
1.3 How do I pack the products for returns & exchanges?
Prevent damage to and loss of value of the products to be returned, by packing them properly and safely in an outer box of double corrugated cardboard.
* In case of damage to returned products, we are entitled to charge loss costs.
Be very careful when opening our sturdy double corrugated cardboard overpack
Then, if necessary, you can use it again for any return or exchange
So only throw away the outer packaging after you decide to keep the product|
1.4 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Products sealed, due to health or hygiene, of which the seal has been broken after delivery, are not suitable for sending back.
* Note: Remove Hygiënestrips in bathing suits only on first use.

*Attention please: Would you please email us the date of delivery to the courier with track & trace code? Then we can make sure that someone of us is present and can take it out of the courier's hands. This is to prevent the courier from leaving your return on our doorstep.
1.6. When will I get my money back after I have returned something?
Upon receipt and after we have approved the return, the refundable amount will be refunded immediately or at the earliest possible time and always within fourteen days of receipt of the cancellation. Italian Design will refund return shipping costs using the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
1.7 Can I return to a PO box with a signature for receipt?
Yes, you can, the building in which our PO box is located is manned from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
1) A return will be accepted from the courier
2) We receive an e-mail that there is a package
3) We sign for receipt
4) The sender will receive a message
1.8 Do I have to pay the return costs?
1.9.1. I have ordered the wrong color/size, can I exchange it for another color/size?
1.9.2. Do I have to pay shipping costs for an exchange?
YES, UNLESS you pay with PayPal when ordering in our store: then your return costs will be refunded by PayPal (we recommend first read the conditions of PayPal here ).
