Our Italian fashion is 100% Made in Italy

Italian Design is an online boutique with quality products; top quality for women and men. We have a passion for exceptional products of impeccable quality; too beautiful and too good to withhold from our customers.

The idea of starting our own business was born during a visit to Italy. In the shop windows, we saw the most beautiful ties. We never saw them that beautiful in Holland. Back home, we started a search for good tie ateliers in Varese, the silk region of Italy. Back home, we made appointments and boarded the plane again. In the workshops, we were dizzy at the sight of the countless silk fabrics. On those evenings in Italy, we decided to start selling our ties online and came up with the name Italian Design!

What we are proud of?

2009: Cesare Paciotti. He inherited his interest in fashion accessories from his parents, manufacturers of high-end shoes. After graduating from the DAMS in Bologna, he visited fashion cities, developing his strong sense of style. In 1980, he took over his parents' company and launched the label Cesare Paciotti with “the dagger” as a feature woven into fabrics, or as an accessory on and to his products. Besides shoes, he also designed underwear, lingerie, legwear, socks, swimwear, and nightwear for women and men for his models. He works exclusively with eco-friendly, sustainable materials, with high breathability, which feels beneficial.

2010: AMBRA lingerie, since 1988, has confirmed itself as one of the most reliable brands in the lingerie market. It is one of those Italian brands that can rightly be proud, not only in design, materials, and image but also in wearability. Nowadays, besides needle and thread, there are state-of-the-art machines; lasers that cut the fabrics, and computers that draw the silhouettes.
But it is those eyes, that never lose focus; the curiosity to find new solutions to maintain this small Italian miracle and bring it full circle: from suppliers and employees to end customers. Realizing that everyone is part of this and represents a unique, important reality

2011: Monti shirts. If you take a quick dash to the right at the height of the fashion city of Milan, you end up in the beautiful region of Veneto. This is where Enrico Monti lives and works with his wife Sabrina Salerno, famous for her hit song “Boys, boys, boys.” Monti is a textile entrepreneur and producer of Tessitura Monti shirts. His company produces more than 20 million meters of fabric a year, distributes its products in more than 90 countries, and is unrivaled in the textile world.

2017: Lise Charmel is a brand with a famous signature in luxury lingerie, swimwear, and beachwear. Her luxury products sublimate women's beauty. With its spirit of Haute Couture and use of the most beautiful colors, Lise Charmel has become an understanding of French luxury around the world and won the Lingerie Francaise Award.

2021: Roidal Swimwear and Beachwear from Spain. Like the Italians, every Swimsuit and Bikini Beachwear is of their own design and handmade. Beautiful design, every color as bright as the sun, making your silhouette as beautiful as the Venus de Milo at the pool, beach, or Beach club.

2023: Girardi stockings (since 1954) are a household name within Italian Legwear. Comfort and glamour, refined creations, absolute elegance, and constant innovation are the ingredients of its worldwide success. The Girardi brand has become a phenomenon because of its amazing amount of extraordinary designs within Italian legwear. Girardi received an Award and was named the best boutique brand and best-selling hosiery brand in Italy!
