Can I cancel my order? 
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period < 14 days from the date of receipt. 
*The reason is not required, but we greatly appreciate your feedback to improve our service.

Can I exchange my purchase?
Yes, you may exchange your purchase, of course.

Can I send back my purchase, and how do I do that correctly?  
Returns may only be made on request and after our agreement, please read the conditions below:

  1. We exclusively accept returns that have been notified in advance
  2. Send your return within 14 days from the date of receipt
  3. Enclose: the packing slip, product labels, bags, boxes, accessories, and brochures
  4. Write our address, and your N.A.W. information, and give us the tracking code (by e-mail)
  5. Send it preferably in a sturdy double-wave cardboard outer box
  6. This is the best way to prevent damage and/or loss of your return,   
  7. We can only confirm and refund your return after we have received it ourselves ;)

*The reason for return is not obligatory, but we appreciate your feedback to improve our services

Please Note: Exclusions for sending back:
* Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, whose seal is broken after delivery are not suitable for return.
* Hygiene strips, product labels, tags, bags, and boxes should only be removed after you have decided to keep the product. 
*Prevent impairment/loss of value and ensure that the products are clean and undamaged.
* In case of depreciation/loss of value, we are entitled to charge loss costs*.  


Tracking code

Please provide us with the tracking code of your return, this is very important so we can track your return and we make sure to be present to accept it from the courier.

Why do I need to notify my exchange/return and provide the Tracking code?
Without your notification, we have no way of knowing that your return is on its way to us then there may be no one there to accept it from the courier. In that case, your package might get lost.

  • name, address, zip code and place of residence, and telephone number
  • order number, order date, product data, and item number (s) of the order (see invoice or confirmation e-mail),
  • the reason for exchange or return* and when exchanging for which product, size, or color, you want to exchange

How do I (re)package my exchange/return correctly?

Prevent damage to and loss of value of the products to be returned, by packing them properly and safely in a sturdy outer box.
* In case of damage to returned products, we are entitled to charge loss costs.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for my send-back? 
YES. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
(Return costs within the Netherlands will be approximate: via Post.nl ca.7.95, and DPD ca. 6.00) 


Can I get a return label/return label from Italian Design?
No, We are sorry, but we do not have a return label/return label, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.


When will I get my money back if I have sent back the product(s)?

After receipt, inspection, and approval of the return, we will refund the amount immediately, or as soon as possible in case of a weekend or holiday(s), but always within 14 days after receipt of the return.
Italian Design will use the same payment method that you have chosen for the order/purchase.
