Where can I see if a product/size is in stock?
You'll see this on every product page when you 'hover' your mouse over the products
You'll see this when you have clicked on a product, the stock is visible right of the price.
You'll see this when you select your size:

  • On backorder, order now
  • size/color not available now, ask if it is still can be ordered

Can I pick up my online order at Italian Design?
Yes, you can check this already when ordering with "click and collect"; in other words: order online, pay, and pick up by appointment (pickup):  

1. Order and pay online and in the ordering process choose pickup at the door 
2. As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive an e-mail "ready to be picked up".
3. Please make a pickup appointment in advance by phone at 070 323 96 95
4. This works best when you live in the immediate area of Italian Design.


When picking up at the door, please have the following on hand: 

  • your receipt
  • the invoice/ order confirmation with all the purchase details
  • this e-mail is also proof of collection.
  • When taking delivery, you sign for receipt.

Can I specify a different address as the delivery address? 
Yes, during the order process you can specify: Send to another address, so below the billing address field.
* If you buy a gift for someone else and want it sent directly to his address.
* When you purchase prefer to deliver your work address

Which outer packaging do you use to ship my purchase?

We pack your purchase in double corrugated cardboard boxes, good firm, to prevent damage.  

Tip:
Be very careful when opening our sturdy double corrugated cardboard overpack.
Then you can use it again to return it or exchange your purchase
So only throw away the outer packaging after you decide to keep the product.

Discretion 
Is the outer wrapping discreet?
Yes, Italian Design packed the order in discrete "overpack" the one who takes the package from the transporter, can not see or suspect contents.

How much are the shipping costs?

How does Italian Design carry out the delivery?

For the delivery of the order, Italian Design uses a mail delivery company.


Can I track & trace the shipment?

From the moment your order is offered at the courier company, it will get the status transmitted, and you'll receive the tracking code. At the site of the transporter, you enter your tracking code and you can see where the package is located.
