* Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, whose seal is broken after delivery are not suitable for return.

*Prevent impairment/loss of value and ensure that the products are clean and undamaged.
* In case of depreciation/loss of value, we are entitled to charge loss costs*.
Tracking code
Please provide us with the tracking code of your return, this is very important so we can track your return and we make sure to be present to accept it from the courier.
Why do I need to notify my exchange/return and provide the Tracking code?
Without your notification, we don't know that your return is on its way to us and there is a chance that no one will be there to accept it from the courier. In that case, your package might get lost.
In which ways can I pre-register my send-back?

How do I repack the products for send back?
Prevent damage to and loss of value of the products to be returned, by packing them properly and safely in a sturdy outer box.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for my send-back?
YES. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Can I get a return label/return label from Italian Design?
No, We are sorry, but we do not have a return label/return label, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
When will I get my money back if I have sent back the product(s)?
After receipt, inspection, and approval of the send back we will refund immediately or at the earliest opportunity, but always within fourteen days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal/return.
Italian Design will use the same payment method that you have chosen for the order/purchase.
