Can I pick up my order? Yes, by appointment you can pick up your order yourself.
When will my product be delivered?
Delivery times within the Netherlands
Product in stock? Ordered before 5 pm, shipped the same day.
International delivery times
Within the Benelux: normally within 1-10 days
Within Europe: normally about 1 week.
Outside Europe (World): normally about 2 weeks.

Can I specify a different address as delivery address?
Yes, while ordering you can tick below the field for your own (invoice) address: Send to a different address.
For example, if you buy a gift for another person and want to send it directly to his address.
Or if you prefer to have your purchase delivered to your work address.
How does Italian Design carry out the delivery?
For the delivery of the order, Italian Design uses a mail delivery company.
Can I follow the course of the shipment?
Yes, after shipment the order will be sent the status with mentioning the tracking code. At the site of the mail delivery company, you enter the tracking code and you can see where the package is located.

Where can I see if a product is in stock?
Availability, quantities and delivery time are stated per product and size.

Does Italian Design deliver in different parts or wait until all products are ready for shipment?
When one or a few products are not ready for shipment - for example when one or a few products are in backorder / reorder - Italian Design will contact you quickly and discuss with you whether you want to receive it all or part of it.
My gift is a surprise, is the packaging discrete?
Yes, Italian Design packages the order in discrete 'overpack', the person who accepts the parcel from the mail delivery company can not see what the content is.
