1. KNOW YOUR BRA SIZE

It is ESSENTIAL to choose the right bra size and model in which you feel good and which will give you confidence, throughout the day. A bra that fits well and is comfortable will give you confidence throughout the day. With the right bra, you will take good care of your breasts and they will be sublimated.

Tips for healthy breasts:
Just as you put on comfortable shoes when you come home after work, and e.g. loungewear, you should allow your breasts to relax as well:

    • Alternate between different bra models
    • Put on an underwired bra now and then so that you stimulate blood flow in the breasts
    • Also, reduce the number of hours you wear a bra, take off your bra, or put on a camisole, soft top, crop top, or bralette.

How to know the right size:
-Take an inch
-Measure your breast size horizontally across the nipple of your breasts (upper width=uw)
-Measure your chest horizontally directly under the breasts (under width=uw)
-Consult our size chart below and find your bra size and panty size

2. FIND THE MOST SUITABLE BRA TYPE

Once you know your exact bra size, you now need to choose the shape that best suits your breasts. Indeed, every breast is different, whether it's size, depth or volume. Thus, each breast corresponds to one or more shapes of bras.
With a suitable bra, you can both sublimate your breast and also take care of it.

Bra types: view here the different models, and then read on:

Strapless Bra cups BC(D):

The balconette is a bra where the cups are cut horizontally, bringing the breasts closer together for full cleavage. These bras are suitable for both small and larger cup sizes, the cups are cut slightly lower, showing more of the top of the breasts. Sometimes these bras have a top edge of elastic fabric or lace for a snug fit to the breasts. Suitable for a low-cut top or - cocktail dress.

Balconette 1/2 Cup Bra Tassen BCDE

The Balconette bra is a bra where the cups are cut horizontally and lower, bringing the breasts closer together for full cleavage. These bras are suitable for both small and larger cup sizes, the cups have a slightly lower cut, which shows more of the top of the breasts. Sometimes these bras have a top edge of elastic fabric or lace for a good connection to the breasts. Suitable for a low-cut top or cocktail dress.

Triangle, Bralette, Longline, Glamour BH cups BC(D)

is a bra, with or without a wider strip of fabric under the underwires that shapes the waist and is featured in different widths, and is the emblem of seduction lingerie. It does not change the shape of the breast and thanks to its absolutely natural look, it accompanies the woman's silhouette, enhancing her sensuality. In its simplicity, it allows you to imagine 'transparency' that is difficult to achieve with padded or padded bras and at the same time offers great comfort. It may be the trendiest model of the whole range, but it is limited to use for small to medium-sized breasts, which do not require more complex technical bra construction.

Not molded Brackets Bra cups CDE (with and/or without braces):

This bra model covers the entire breast for optimal support and maximum comfort, this bra is slightly higher and is very suitable for those women who want to combine sensuality with comfort. the highly technical construction offers an excellent fit, even for fuller breasts.

Tri-parts full cup Bra cups DEF(G)

is a bra with full, deeper cups that lifts the top for more support for the breasts. The piece between the cups is higher for better support on the inside of the breasts and the shoulder straps are wider for more comfort. This one is suitable for ladies with 'pear-shaped' breasts and is made in large cup sizes D, E, F, and G.

Oil push Bra cups BCD:

The Oil-push Bra is a bra with built-in pads filled with oil that comes to body temperature, which is experienced as very comfortable. The oil-push pads give a fuller upper chest and fuller cleavage while maintaining a natural silhouette, with no artificial effect. The deep neckline elevators the breasts and pushes them more toward the center to give it that very sensual cleavage effect that women appreciate.

NEW Model!
Push-up Bra with low insert-cups BCD (also) Last number 6:

This is a NEW model Push-up bra that has a low insert, like an oil push bra, however, it is a push-up bra with removable pads of fabric, which raise the breasts for a fuller top breast, and from the side slightly towards each other for a fuller cleavage. If there is a difference in breast size, the 'push' can be controlled separately if desired by, for example, inserting 1-2 pads on one side and taking them out in the other cup, or vice versa. If no 'push' is needed, the pads can be taken out on both sides making it a padded bra.

Push-up Classic Bra cups BCD:

has removable fabric cushions that lift the breasts for a fuller top of the chest, and bring them together at the sides for fuller cleavage. If there is a difference in breast size, the 'push' can, if desired, be individually controlled by, for example, placing 1-2 pads on one side and removing them in the other cup, or vice versa. When no 'push' is required, the pads can be removed on both sides, making it a padded bra.

'Big cups push-up bra' with deep cups for full breasts cups CDEF

Is a push-up bra with 'deeper cups and custom support, suitable for women with full breasts, the breasts are not compressed, and the straps and back are larger widths. Without the pads, it's a contoured, padded bra.

Do you prefer to support?
Then turn your gaze to medleys with wider straps and underwires. The underwire bras will meet your expectations. Do you want invisible lingerie? Then choose bustier and pre-shaped models. And if your bra rhymes with volume choose push-up models.

3. PROPER POSITIONING OF YOUR BRA

It is essential for an optimal fit that the shoulder straps, locks, underwire, and cups are adjusted correctly.

Here are some simple tips on how to properly fit and wear your bra so it doesn't lose its efficiency or comfort.

THE STRAPS
The straps of your bra play an important role in support and well-being. Therefore, they must be perfectly adjusted, and under no circumstances should they slip off your shoulders or injure you.

If you have a voluptuous bosom choose wider and thicker straps and avoid too-thin straps that can leave stretch marks on your shoulders.
Small tip: always check the adjustment of your straps after each wash as they can become slightly loose during hand or machine washing.
Keep in mind that improperly placed or too thin straps can prevent your body from moving naturally and therefore not support your bosom properly.

DE WIRES
There are bras with and without underwires. When choosing a model with underwires, it is essential to ensure their placement. The underwire should follow the shape of your breast. If the underwires are painful to wear you may not have the right bra size.

THE CLOSING HOOKS
When putting on your bra, it is best to fasten it at the back and not at the front. This will prevent you from deforming the reinforcements over time.
The bra should be hooked up to the first notch. You will be comfortable so that you can make all movements without any discomfort. It should not be too comfortable or compressed but pleasant support. In case of weight loss or an increase, you can always adjust the brackets.

THE CUPS
A cup that is too small, just like a cup that is too large, will not be your best ally, both on the aesthetic side, and on the comfort and support side.
Cups that are too small will flatten your chest and create an unsightly visual effect when you wear tight tops. Cups that are too large will wrinkle your bra and offer no support, your breasts will not fill completely and the result is not comfortable or aesthetic.
Choosing a cup of your size will ensure proper maintenance and refine your bust and your view. The separator between the cups-which is called the piece between the breast-must be attached to the thorax and should not come loose.

THE BACK CUFF
For optimal support, the strap at the back should be neither too tight nor too loose. It should not cut your skin, nor should it be too loose and give way.
If the back band cuts into your skin, the bra is too small. You should not have any marks/stripping when you take the bra off or see bulges when you wear it. Don't stay too tight in your lingerie and choose a larger size.
If the size band pulls up at the back it is because your bra is too big. The back part should be placed strictly horizontally and at the same height as the cups of your bra. Keep the cup size and choose a narrower girth band.
If your bra bothers you or your breasts are suppressed, it is definitely because your bra is not adapted to your body type or you are not the right size. Don't wait for a second longer and change your bra.

4. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BREASTS EVERY DAY

To feel comfortable and confident, it is essential to have a suitable and well-positioned bra. It is also essential to take good care of the bosom itself. Here are some tips for everyday use.

Hydrate your skin
-Stimulate blood circulation with a jet of cold water in the shower
-Keep yourself in an upright position and avoid positions that can flatten your bosom.

The skin of the breasts can lose its elasticity over time. To compensate for this risk, give your breasts the best possible support from a very young age.
The size of your breasts can vary throughout your life (weight gain or loss, pregnancy or menopause, etc.). It is therefore advisable to take your measurements regularly to make sure you have bras that will always fit over the years.

5. TAKE CARE OF YOUR LINGERIE

Lise Charmel sublimates every woman by offering lingerie made from exceptional, high-quality, and carefully selected materials such as Calais lace, guipure lace, and silk.
Be extremely careful to take care of the quality, efficiency, and aesthetics of your bra.

Here are some tips:
-Follow the washing instructions carefully
-Separate the colors
-give as much importance to washing as to drying
-Never use the dryer

I HAVE CHOSEN THE WRONG BRA SIZE, WHICH BRA SIZE WILL I CHOOSE NEXT?

There is an important relationship between cup size and circumference band. If you change the cup, the circumference band often has to be chosen differently.

The circumference is too tight, but the cup size is good:
Choose a circumference band 1 size larger and a cup size 1 size smaller
Example: Size EU: 75B becomes EU: 80A

The circumference band is too wide, but the cup size is good:
Choose a circumference band 1 size smaller and a cup size 1 size larger
Example: Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 70D

The circumference band is good but the cup is too small:
The size for the size remains the same, choose the cup one size bigger.
Example: Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 75D

The circumference band is good but the cup is too big:
The size for the size remains the same, choose the cup one size smaller.
Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 75B

The circumference band is too small and the cup is too small:
Choose a circumference band 1 size larger, the cup size remains the same.
Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 80C

The circumference band is too large and the cup is too large:
Choose a circumference band 1 size smaller, and the cup size remains the same.
Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 70C

The circumference band is too small and the cup too large:
Choose a circumference band 1 size larger, Choose a cup 1 size smaller
Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 80C

The circumference band is too large and the cup is too small:
Choose a circumference band 1 size smaller and a cup size 1 size larger.
Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 70E

Another point of attention:

You always have a padded bra, for example, EU: 75D, and now want an
unlined bra:
If you take the same cup size the unlined cup will possibly be slightly too roomy.

Sie hatten schon immer einen gepolsterten BH, z. B. EU: 75D, und möchten nun einen ungefütterten BH:Choose a cup size smaller: EU: 80C and 1 band size larger.

You always have a non-padded bra EU: 80C and you want a padded bra now too:
If you take the same bra size, the cup will be a little too small.
Choose a cup size larger: EU: 75D and band size 1 size smaller
